Acadian Haikus

If my tongue should form your name
and my mind envision your person,
My soul will warm, lift, and enjoy.

If my hand should glide,
    ever so gently,
To touch you, we will be turned to joy.

If my mouth should meet your mouth,
    I will thrill
Deeply, deeply.

If I should chance too see you walking,
    Your movement a dance,
My love would enfold you.
