Small blue
asters bloom in fields, and
Along the fences
designed to keep
Creatures from
reaching the Interstate.
They bloom
unasked, uncalled,
Spreading their
small blue flowers
Upon their
branches with an abundance
Whose best
simile is divine grace.
Abundant small
blue asters
In fields and
along fences,
Accepting,
giving, in their own small blue way
Abundant grace.
