Catholic Perspectives on World Hunger

September 8, 15, 22, and 29, and October 6 and 13, 2008

Catholic Perspectives on World Hunger - The seminar will examine the following topics: Catholic
church teachings on alleviating hunger; the extent and causes of hunger in the world; the United Nations
Millennium Project; what we can do to help.  Meetings will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Parish
Library on the following Mondays: September 8, 15, 22, and 29, and October 6 and 13.  Seminar leaders
will be Seminar leaders will be Professors Jim Bolner, Sr., and Greg Hussey.  All meetings will be held in
the library in the parish administration building of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 2025 Stuart Avenue. 
There is no fee and pre-registration is not required.  For more information about the seminar please
